The five desktop tools run entirely on your machines — claims and patient data stay in your office and are never sent to ClaimVolt. The optional Benefit Beacon Plus intake portal transmits verification requests from provider offices to your team over encrypted connections; at your workflow review we’ll walk through exactly how that data path works and the compliance paperwork behind it, so your answer comes from the actual architecture, not a badge on a website.
What counts as an installation?
One tool running on one computer. Single tools include two installations, and extra installations are $27 per month each. Suites work as pools — Starter covers 10 installations, Team 30, Practice 60 — spread across any mix of tools, however your floor actually works.
What is Benefit Beacon Plus?
The web intake portal: provider offices submit verification requests through custom online forms instead of calling or faxing, and your team returns the completed benefits summary. $47/month for single-tool customers; included in every suite. Activation, provider migration, links, output mode, and delivery remain separate setup gates; pricing does not prove a provider is live.
