No — and that’s deliberate. Appeal Volt builds the packet and stages a Gmail draft addressed to the right reviewers, but nothing is ever emailed automatically. A person always reviews and sends the draft. Software should remove the drafting, not the judgment.
Whose appeal templates does it use?
Yours. Templates are per-payer and per-practice, controlled by your team and synced from your company account. The packet builds on your language, not boilerplate — and your admin can update templates once for the whole office.
Does patient data leave our office?
The desktop tool runs on your machines, and appeal PDFs save to the output folder your practice controls. Company sync carries settings, templates, and contact lists — not patient documents.
What does it run on?
Shipped, signed installers for Windows, with automatic updates — approved releases are offered in the app and accepted in place. No re-installing, nothing to maintain.
