Suite upgrade · the arithmetic, in public

At some point the singles cost more than all five. Here is exactly where.

Four ClaimVolt tools are $97 a month and Posting Review Desk is $147. Each includes one installation; additional copies are $47 per month for the four $97 tools and $67 per month for Posting Review Desk. Suites are priced as pools of installations you can spend on any mix of tools. Those facts meet at specific, checkable points — and rather than let you discover one on a renewal, we would rather put the arithmetic on a page and let you check our work.

The crossover

Three tools already cost $291. The Starter suite is $297 for all five.

Start with the simple version. Three non-PRD single tools are $291 a month. The Starter suite is $297 — six dollars more — and it contains all five tools with 10 pooled installations. Benefit Beacon Plus is coming soon and included free with any tool, so it is not part of the crossover arithmetic.

But tool count is only half the story. For two non-PRD tools, singles are cheaper through four total installations at $288; the suite wins from five at $335. Once your floor is real — several machines, uneven spread — installation count can move the line before a third tool enters the picture. A three-tool mix that includes Posting Review Desk also starts at $341, so Starter is already lower before any additional copy.

Below those points, singles genuinely are cheaper, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a plan you don’t need. Two non-PRD tools across four total installations are $288 — stay there. At five total installations they are $335, so Starter at $297 is lower.

Your shapeSingles cost
1 non-PRD tool, 2 installations$144
2 non-PRD tools, 6 installations$382
2 non-PRD tools, 8 installations$476
2 non-PRD tools, 10 installations$570
3 non-PRD tools, 6 installations$432
3 non-PRD tools, 10 installations$620
Starter suite — all five + BB+ when available, 10 installations$297

How to read this: each singles row is explicitly non-PRD: $97 per tool plus $47 for every installation beyond the one each tool includes. Posting Review Desk is $147 and its additional copies are $67, so any mix containing it must be calculated separately. Nothing above is a discount or a promotion — it is the founding catalog doing arithmetic. Check it against the pricing page; the numbers are the same numbers.

Why pools, not seats

Real offices don’t run every tool on every machine.

Here is the spread on our own billing floor, which is where this pricing model came from: remits run on two machines, posting review on five or six, appeals on nearly all of them, and benefit verification on two. Nothing about that is unusual — it is just what happens when tools follow jobs instead of org charts.

Priced per user, that office overpays badly for the two concentrated tools and underpays for the one that is everywhere. So ClaimVolt suites are priced as installation pools: put any tool on any machine until the pool is spent, and rearrange it whenever the floor changes. A small office pays small. A big office pays more in total and less per installation.

Proven in daily production on our own billing floor since early 2026, ClaimVolt returns more than 200 hours of hands-on work every month — before counting the Posting Review Desk, which we track by volume rather than time. Spreading the tools across the machines that actually do the work is most of how an office gets there.

The Automation Suite is not part of what you are buying today. It is a coming-next layer for approved scheduled runs, status evidence, and built-in review checkpoints around the same five tools. It is not generally available; founding customers get the first look and help shape the shared roadmap. We would rather under-promise it than have you buy a plan for something that does not exist yet.

What upgrading actually involves

One workspace session, ever — and it already covered all five.

The reason offices put off adding a tool is rarely the price. It is the expectation of another setup project: another account, another configuration afternoon, another round of “can you get IT on the phone.”

So we made the first assisted setup do the whole job. It provisions your workspace and service accounts for all five tools, regardless of which one you bought. That is a single session, once. A tool you add six months later is an installation on the machines that need it, signing in to the company configuration that already exists.

Guided single-tool setup is free and remains the default; we do not push assisted setups on offices starting with one tool. Assisted single-tool setup is $197 if you want it. Full-suite personal setup is $497 — and the first 10 founding suite members get it free.

Setup timing depends on your chosen tools, workstation access, and company configuration. We schedule the path with you before installation rather than promising you a week.

Founding terms

Earned, not couponed.

The founding rate is not a discount we are running. It is payment for something we need and cannot buy any other way: honest feedback from a working billing office while the product is still shapeable.

So the trade is explicit. You give us biweekly feedback while you are getting set up, you let us write up your experience if the tools earn it, and your requests feed one shared roadmap that every customer benefits from. We do not build per-customer forks, because a fork is how software gets worse for everyone else.

In return your rate is confirmed in writing at your review and locked while you stay continuously subscribed — through every cohort step after you. If that trade does not appeal, standard pricing will be there later. If it does, there are ten seats.

  • Rate locked while you stay continuously subscribed — confirmed in writing at your review
  • Monthly is the anchor; annual prepay is pay for 10 months, get 12
  • 14 days to change your mind, on any plan
  • No discount stacking — one honest price, not a puzzle
  • Cohorts open 10 → 30 → 100 → 200 → 400, and each expansion waits on our support capacity, not on our appetite
  • Lapse and return — you re-enter at the cohort rate current at that time
What you get, all five of them

The whole floor, not a bundle of things you’ll never open.

Remit Forge

Parses ANSI X12 835 remittance files into readable, payer-style EOB output and files each one to the right doctor’s folder from your routing table.

Appeal Volt

Drafts appeal letters and supporting packets from your admin-published templates, applies Email Rules, and stages a draft a person reviews and sends.

Posting Review Desk

Puts every EOB through a controlled review queue against your own rules, flags exceptions on the page, and hands off to appeal or follow-up.

Cover Forge

Builds claim-filing cover sheets and organized submission packets from the day’s claims PDF, with a needs-a-look list before anything prints.

Benefit Beacon

Prepares benefit-summary PDFs on each practice’s configured template, from an admin-published template set and one shared payer list.

Benefit Beacon Plus

The separate provider-facing intake and delivery lane — coming soon and included free with any tool.

The part the price list can’t show

One sign-in, one company setup, one voice leaving the building.

The tools share a company configuration, and that is worth more than the licence arithmetic. Your doctor records, practice aliases, contacts, and approved templates are published once by an admin and used by every tool that needs them. Teach an alias in one place and the others stop asking. Change a practice’s contact once and every lane that writes to that practice follows.

That shared setup is also what makes the office sound like one office. Appeal templates, Email Rules, VOB templates, and cover sheets are all admin-published, so what leaves the building carries your standard language whichever teammate prepared it — and deciding who may change any of that stays a management decision, colour-coded so nobody publishes to the company by accident.

Running two non-PRD tools across five total installations, or a three-tool mix that includes Posting Review Desk? Starter may already be lower. Bring your current spread — which tools, how many machines — to a workflow review and we will do the arithmetic with you in twenty minutes, including the version where you should stay exactly where you are.

Straight answers

Questions offices ask about upgrading

When does the suite actually become cheaper than singles?

It depends on both the tool mix and total installations, and the arithmetic is on this page. For two non-PRD tools, singles are cheaper through four total installations at $288; the suite wins from five at $335. Three non-PRD tools are $291 before additional copies, so $6 more buys Starter’s five tools and 10 pooled installations. A three-tool mix that includes Posting Review Desk starts at $341. Below those points, singles are genuinely cheaper and we will say so.

Why are suites priced on installations instead of users?

Because real offices don’t run every tool on every machine. On our own floor remits run on two machines, posting review on five or six, appeals on nearly all of them, and benefit verification on two. A uniform per-user price would overcharge the spread-out tools and undercharge the concentrated ones. A pool lets you put any tool on any machine until the pool is spent.

What happens to the tools I’m already paying for?

They roll into the suite. You are not buying them twice, and your founding rate is confirmed in writing before anything changes. We’d rather move you to the plan that costs you less than have you find out about it later from a spreadsheet.

Is Benefit Beacon Plus really included?

Benefit Beacon Plus is coming soon and included free with any tool. Activation, provider migration, links, output mode, and delivery remain separate setup gates; inclusion does not put a provider live on its own.

What does full-suite setup involve, and what does it cost?

Full-suite personal setup is listed at $497, and the first 10 founding suite members receive it free. It is a real session, not a welcome email: your company configuration, your templates, your doctor records, and your workstations. Guided single-tool setup stays free and remains the default for offices starting with one tool; assisted single-tool setup is $197 if you want it.

If I start with one tool, is adding more later painful?

It shouldn’t be. An assisted first setup provisions your workspace and service accounts for all five tools regardless of what you bought — one workspace session, ever — so a tool you add later is an installation rather than a project.

What do founding terms actually ask of me?

They are earned, not couponed: biweekly feedback while you are getting set up, willingness to be a testimonial or case study if the tools earn it, and requests that feed one shared roadmap. We do not build per-customer forks, and we do not stack discounts. Your rate is locked while you stay continuously subscribed.

Is there a contract, and what if it doesn’t work out?

Monthly is the anchor and there is no long-term contract. Annual prepay is pay for 10 months, get 12, if you prefer it. There is a 14-day money-back window on any plan. If you lapse and come back later, you re-enter at the cohort rate that is current then.

We need more than 60 installations. What then?

That is a conversation rather than a plan on a page — get in touch and we will work it out with you.
