SMS Terms
Program name: ClaimVolt Account Verification SMS. These terms describe the SMS verification-code messages used for ClaimVolt account authentication and two-factor authentication.
Program purpose
ClaimVolt SMS messages are used only to send one-time verification codes for account sign-in, account creation, or two-factor authentication on the ClaimVolt website. ClaimVolt does not use this campaign for marketing, promotions, sales outreach, billing reminders, or general account updates.
Consent and opt-in
End users opt in on the ClaimVolt website when they create an account, sign in, or enable SMS two-factor authentication. The phone-number/2FA screen includes an unchecked consent checkbox stating that the user agrees to receive SMS verification codes from ClaimVolt for account authentication. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is used only for authentication and account security.

Opt-in keywords: START, YES, UNSTOP.
Opt-in message: ClaimVolt: You are opted in to receive SMS verification codes for account authentication. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on user-initiated verification requests. A user may receive a verification code when creating an account, signing in, or completing a security check.
Opt out
Opt-out keywords: STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT.
Opt-out message: ClaimVolt: You have opted out and will no longer receive SMS verification codes. Reply START to opt back in or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
