About ClaimVolt
Built from real billing operations, not a generic software pitch.
ClaimVolt is being built from tools and workflows already used inside real billing operations. Some lanes are active internally, some are being packaged for customer use, and others are roadmap items. The common goal is straightforward: help billing teams see repeated work more clearly, organize it faster, review it responsibly, and move it forward with better documentation.
What we’re building from real billing operations
Workflow lanes with honest readiness labels.
ClaimVolt starts with the everyday friction billing teams already know: benefits verification workflow, remittance review, posting review, packet preparation, appeal support, follow-up visibility, and scattered workflow notes. The platform is being shaped around that work instead of around a generic software pitch.
Workflow Review / Operating Layer
The Workflow Review is the best starting point for a practice or billing company. It maps where work gets stuck, which steps are repeatable, and where a ClaimVolt lane may help the billing team review, organize, and move work forward.
Benefit Beacon — benefits verification workflow
This lane supports benefits verification and intake workflows. The public-facing version should be described as a focused benefits/intake lane while final scope and readiness are confirmed.
Remit Forge
This lane supports remittance, EOB, and 835 review workflows. It is positioned as a workbench for organizing and reviewing posting-related work, not a promise that every payer or every remittance scenario is fully covered.
Cover Forge
This lane supports document and packet preparation work, making repeatable packet-building steps easier to standardize, organize, and review.
Posting Review
This lane supports EOB/posting review, organization, and appeal-adjacent preparation without treating Appeal Volt as a bolt-on. It helps surface review points and organize documentation while final billing decisions stay with the responsible billing team.
Appeal Volt
Appeal Volt is treated as its own product path for appeal-focused workflows. Posting Review may support appeal-adjacent prep, but Appeal Volt should remain distinct in naming, packaging, and public copy.
Workflow Specialists / Operations Visibility
Workflow Specialists support operations visibility and reviewer coordination: helping owners and billing teams see what is moving, what needs review, and what should happen next. It is not presented as a replacement for billing judgment or payer-facing decision-making.
How to start
Map the workflow before adding more tools.
If you want to see where ClaimVolt may fit, start with a Workflow Review. We’ll look at the work pattern first, then map the right lane, readiness level, and next step.
