ClaimVolt collects information you choose to submit through our website forms, including name, email, request topic, optional phone number, optional SMS consent, and general workflow context.
No PHI in public forms
Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, claim numbers, EOBs, 835 files, payer portal screenshots, medical records, or other protected health information through public forms unless ClaimVolt specifically authorizes a secure workflow.
How we use information
- To respond to your request.
- To route a workflow review, demo, checklist, workflow note, support, legal, or general inquiry.
- To improve website and product communication.
- To maintain records needed for business operations and compliance review.
SMS and phone information
If you choose SMS two-factor authentication or request a ClaimVolt verification code, ClaimVolt uses your phone number to send one-time account authentication/security codes. ClaimVolt does not use this SMS verification campaign for marketing, promotions, sales outreach, billing reminders, or general account updates. SMS consent and phone-number data are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Sharing
We do not sell submitted lead information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the website, CRM, communications, hosting, analytics, security, or customer support, subject to appropriate business controls.
